These terms govern use of the Independent Forwarders Network (“IFN”) website and membership application process.

Application and membership

Submitting an application does not create membership or guarantee an invitation. IFN may review applications, request further information and approve or decline applications at its discretion. Applicants are responsible for ensuring submitted information and documents are accurate and authorized for sharing.

Network participation

IFN is an independent professional network. Members remain solely responsible for their own commercial decisions, services, agreements, compliance obligations and dealings with other members or third parties.

No guarantee

IFN does not guarantee business opportunities, service quality, payment, performance or outcomes from any relationship formed through the network. Verification checks are a review aid and are not a substitute for a member’s own due diligence.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, submit false or misleading information, upload unlawful material, interfere with site operation or use the network for improper purposes.

Changes and contact
